Q. Where is Amroth Castle?
A. We are located close to the popular seaside town of Tenby and travelling to Amroth is fairly straightforward. It usually takes under 2 hours from the Severn Bridge – see here for directions
Q. What facilities are there on site?
A. We have an outdoor heated bathing pool, licensed bar, picnic areas, woodland nature trail, children’s playground, laundrette and Frisbee golf. See here for details of our facilities.
Q. When is the bathing pool open?
A. A. Mid-May to Mid-September
Q. Do we need to bring bed linen and towels with us?
A. All bed linen is provided, along with hand towels – guests need to bring their own bath towels, beach towels, etc.
Q. Are there facilities for washing clothes?
A. Some of our self-catering accommodation includes washing machines but there is also an on-site laundrette. See here for details
Q. Do we need to bring cots or high chairs?
A. Cots, High Chairs & Stairgates are available to hire (on the on-line booking page)
Q. Can we bring our dog with us?
A. Sorry, we do not accept pets
Q. Is there any on-site entertainment?
A. We do have occasional entertainment which ranges from live music and wine tastings to children’s entertainment and bouncy castles. Please call and check for details of our entertainment ahead of your visit.
Q. When can we check in and when do we have to check-out?
A. Check in time is 3.00pm; Check out time is 10am
Q. Is there parking?
A. It varies from unit to unit, but all parking is close to the accommodation.
Q. Can we eat out on site?
A. Although we do not have a restaurant on site there is a selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Q. Do you cater for people with disabilities?
A. We have no units specifically designed for people with disabilities, but we have a number of units with ground floor bedrooms/bathrooms, etc. Please see our Disability Access Statement here [insert link]
Q. What happens if we have to cancel?
A. We offer Cancellation Protection at £14.95 per booking, which entitles guests to refunds of holiday rent paid (subject to terms and conditions).
