Take a ‘virtual’ walk on the wild side…

Have you always wanted to walk the stunning Pembrokeshire Coastal Path? Well, now you can drink in those amazing coastal views – from the comfort of your living room.

The internet technology giant has added the coastal path to its Google Street View software, meaning you can take a virtual walk along the coast anytime you feel like it.

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path covers 186 miles from right outside our holiday park, on Amroth Beach, to St Dogmaels and take in some of the country’s most spectacular coastal landscapes.

It took 28 days, between April and June 2016, to film after Google loaned the authority a backpack-mounted camera.

Rights of way manager Anthony Richards told the BBC that it “shows the national park at its absolute best”.

People can access the route on their mobile phone, computer or tablet (although we think it’s far better in real life…)
